Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection and offer coordination.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate evaluations.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Prior recruitment experience in Construction, EPC or Engineering industries is preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing, headhunting and interviewing skills.
• Good understanding of UAE recruitment practices and the local employment market.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within tight deadlines.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
