Position: Customer Support Representative cum Booking Manager
Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Manage bookings, appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with therapists and clients to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain booking records and update the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and support sales conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate daily schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, booking management, or administration.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of booking systems or CRM tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented.
