Site Engineer - Fujairah

Job Description- Site engineer (only candidates with UAE hotel construction experience will be hired) - STRICTLY NO TO FRESHERS

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a luxury hotel construction project in Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate must have minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry and a strong understanding of site execution, Civil building construction drawings, quality control, and project coordination.

Candidates with no prior UAE construction experience and fresh graduates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved construction schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure that all site activities meet the required quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant project teams.
• Identify site issues, technical discrepancies, and construction delays, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and usage to ensure efficient site operations.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and other project-related documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ensure proper coordination between different trades and subcontractors to avoid delays and rework.
• Assist in resolving technical problems and ensuring that construction activities comply with approved drawings and applicable UAE regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry is mandatory.
• Previous experience working on hotel, hospitality, luxury residential, or high-end commercial projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures, site inspections, and construction documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering software is an advantage.
• Candidates must be willing to work at the project site in Fujairah, UAE.

Pay: AED1.00 per month
