Job: Electrical / Mechanical Draughtsman (NO TO FRESHERS)

Description -

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Electrical and Mechanical Draughtsmen with a strong background in the UAE construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinating MEP services in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and revise detailed electrical or mechanical shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings to reflect actual site conditions and approved modifications.
• Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural, structural, and other building services drawings.
• Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies and potential clashes through effective MEP coordination.
• Interpret engineering specifications, construction drawings, and project requirements accurately.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable UAE regulations, project specifications, and relevant industry standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure accurate and timely drawing submissions.
• Incorporate consultant comments, site instructions, and revisions into drawings as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure drawings are updated in line with project progress.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Draughtsman.
• Previous experience in the UAE construction industry is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Good knowledge of MEP coordination, building services, and applicable industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED1.00 per month
