About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Foreman Assistant to support daily site operations across civil and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in roadworks, earthworks, drainage, underground utilities and general civil construction, with the ability to coordinate workers and maintain safe, efficient site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Foreman in supervising daily civil and infrastructure activities.
• Coordinate labourers and skilled workers across excavation, backfilling, compaction, roadworks and paving.
• Support drainage, sewerage, water pipeline and underground utility installations.
• Monitor materials, equipment, manpower and daily work progress.
• Follow approved drawings, site instructions, quality requirements and HSE procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors and subcontractors to maintain productivity and resolve site issues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant civil and infrastructure construction experience.
• Practical exposure to roadworks, drainage, earthworks and underground utilities.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
• Ability to coordinate workers and support day-to-day site supervision.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Previous UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
