Site Supervisor – Water Infra

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Supervise earthworks, roadworks, utility corridors, kerbs, paving, ducting, and associated civil works.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards.
• Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate inspections.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in infrastructure projects.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Roads & Highways
• Bridges & Interchanges
• Earthworks
• Utility Corridors
• Duct Banks & Cable Trenches
• Kerbs, Footpaths & Paving Works
• Infrastructure & Urban Development Projects
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
