Civil Foreman

Required Skills – Civil Foreman

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry; UAE experience preferred.

- Good knowledge of civil construction activities, including blockwork, plastering, screeding, tiling, concrete works, and finishing works.

- Ability to read and understand civil drawings, layouts, and project specifications.

- Strong manpower supervision and team management skills.

- Ability to assign daily tasks and monitor workers’ productivity.

- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, equipment, and material requirements.

- Good understanding of site quality standards and construction procedures.

- Knowledge of health and safety requirements, including PPE compliance and site housekeeping.

- Ability to coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and other site teams.

- Ability to monitor daily work progress and meet project deadlines.

- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work at construction sites as required by project needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering is an advantage.

- Experience in UAE construction projects is preferred.

- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
