Accountant

Constructive Technologies is an engineering and construction software company serving major contractors globally. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai.
The role
- Run the month-end close, including journals, accruals and reconciliations
- Prepare the monthly finance pack and management accounts
- Full responsibility for credit control, debtor and creditor management, and the bank and cash position
- Prepare VAT returns and support statutory and management reporting
- Support payroll reconciliations and the WPS process with HR
- Keep the chart of accounts, controls and supporting documents in order
- Help build finance processes as the business grows
What we're looking for
- A relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) or strong progress towards one
- 3 or more years' experience in a finance or accounting role in the UAE (essential)
- Working knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax
- Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (essential), and excellent Excel skills
- Accurate, organised and comfortable working to deadlines
