Nurse

• Provide professional nursing care to guests and patients in accordance with established clinical standards and resort policies.
• Assess guests' health conditions, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to medical instructions and approved nursing protocols.
• Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals in medical examinations, consultations, and treatment procedures.
• Monitor guests' health progress and promptly report any changes in their medical condition.
• Provide basic first aid and respond to medical emergencies in accordance with emergency procedures.
• Support wellness programs by monitoring guests' general health and providing health education within the scope of nursing practice.
• Educate guests about preventive healthcare, medication compliance, personal hygiene, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing assessments, treatments, medications, and patient observations.
• Ensure proper infection prevention, control procedures, and adherence to healthcare hygiene standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the nursing station, medical equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor medical supplies and medications, check expiry dates, and report replenishment requirements.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect personal and medical information.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, therapists, wellness professionals, and other departments to ensure coordinated guest care.
• Follow UAE healthcare regulations, professional nursing standards, and applicable licensing requirements.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Valid nursing qualification and applicable UAE nursing license or eligibility, as required.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and first aid.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive approach.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to medical emergencies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
• Relevant clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, wellness center, or healthcare facility.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional emergency care certifications are an advantage.
• Female Philippines nationality and experience working in a multicultural healthcare environment may be preferred, depending on the employer's requirements.
• Eligibility for the applicable UAE nursing professional license.
