Gym Instructor -Female

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and guest-focused Female Gym Trainer with a background in Nutrition to join our wellness resort in Ajman. The ideal candidate will provide personalized fitness training, basic nutritional guidance, and holistic wellness support to guests, helping them achieve their fitness, weight management, and overall well-being goals in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate guests’ fitness levels, physical abilities, and wellness goals.
• Design and deliver personalized workout programs tailored to individual needs, including weight loss, muscle toning, strength training, and general fitness.
• Provide one-to-one personal training sessions and guide guests on the correct use of gym equipment.
• Offer group fitness sessions, stretching routines, and functional training as required.
• Provide nutrition education and basic dietary guidance to support healthy lifestyle habits and fitness goals.
• Develop general meal-planning recommendations in coordination with the resort’s nutritionist or dietitian, where applicable.
• Support guests with weight management, body composition improvement, and healthy lifestyle changes.
• Monitor guests’ progress and adjust fitness programs based on their results and feedback.
• Promote wellness resort programs, including fitness, nutrition, relaxation, and holistic health activities.
• Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and equipped with properly maintained fitness equipment.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of fitness assessments, training sessions, and guest progress while respecting confidentiality.
• Provide excellent guest service and create a positive, motivating, and professional training environment.
• Collaborate with the wellness, spa, and hospitality teams to deliver a complete wellness experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Female candidate with a recognized personal training or fitness instructor certification.
• Educational background or certification in Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in personal training, fitness coaching, or a wellness resort is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of exercise techniques, strength training, weight management, and fitness programming.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
• English proficiency is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
