Job Description – Procurement Engineer (Landscape)

Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer – Landscape to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have UAE procurement experience in the landscaping or construction industry, with strong knowledge of landscaping materials, supplier management, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services for landscaping projects.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate competitive rates and payment terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to meet project schedules.
• Procure landscaping materials, including irrigation systems, hardscape materials, paving, kerbstones, outdoor lighting, and water features.
• Ensure materials meet project specifications, approved samples, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project, Estimation, Accounts, Stores, and Operations teams regarding material requirements.
• Monitor stock availability, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve procurement issues and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of procurement experience in the UAE.
• Experience in landscaping or construction procurement is preferred.
• Good knowledge of landscaping materials, irrigation systems, hardscape, paving, kerbstones, and water features.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost-control skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement software.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
