Job Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in site execution, construction supervision, and coordination within the UAE construction industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting the timely completion of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the approved schedule.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Inspect site work and identify and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor the use of construction materials and ensure proper site practices.
- Support quality control, inspections, and project documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant civil or site engineering experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution procedures.
- Familiarity with Dubai construction regulations and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Candidates who are available to join immediately will be preferred.
