Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and supervising electrical systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with applicable UAE regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of electrical works at project offices and construction sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and review electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
• Prepare electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise electrical installation works.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Support electrical testing and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of electrical works.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant UAE regulations and applicable IEC, NEC, and BS standards.

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical engineering experience in UAE construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant electrical design software.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage installations.
• Familiarity with IEC, NEC, BS, and applicable UAE electrical standards.
• Good understanding of construction site practices and project coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
