We are looking for a reliable, vigilant, and customer-focused Parking Watchman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing parking space allocation, controlling traffic flow, ensuring vehicle safety, and maintaining order within our parking facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Traffic & Space Management: Guide drivers to open parking spots, ensure smooth vehicle movement, and prevent obstruction of driveways, loading docks, and emergency zones.
- Access Control: Check entry/exit permits, visitor logs, or parking passes for incoming vehicles.
- Security & Patrols: Conduct regular foot patrols across the parking area to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Reserved Parking Enforcement: Ensure designated parking bays (e.g., VIP, tenant, or handicap spaces) are used only by authorized vehicles.
- Customer Support: Greet visitors warmly, assist motorists with directions, and help resolve basic parking queries.
- Facility Maintenance Alerts: Report burnt-out lights, damaged barriers, oil spills, or safety hazards to the maintenance/supervisory team promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in security, parking operations, or facility management is preferred.
- Language Skills: Basic to good spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol outdoors for extended periods during shift hours.
- Attributes: Punctual, honest, vigilant, polite, and attentive to detail.
Pay: AED1,200.00 per month
