Cleaner ( Building )

About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Building Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and order across commercial, residential, or multi-tenant facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and common areas.
• Surface Maintenance: Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windows, glass doors, handrails, and elevator panels.
• Restroom Sanitation: Clean, sanitize, and disinfect restrooms thoroughly, ensuring paper products, soaps, and supplies are fully restocked.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins, collect debris, replace liners, and transport garbage/recyclables to designated disposal areas.
• Deep Cleaning & Periodic Tasks: Perform deep cleaning duties as assigned (e.g., window cleaning, floor polishing, high-dusting).
• Supply & Equipment Care: Maintain stock of cleaning chemicals and equipment safely; report low supplies, equipment faults, or property damage to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience in commercial or residential buildings is preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with standard cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, bend, stretch, lift, and perform physical work throughout shift hours.
• Attributes: Punctual, honest, trustworthy, diligent, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: AED1,100.00 per month
