Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, providing a welcoming and informative shopping experience
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of uniforms, fabrics, and tailoring to advise customers effectively
• Build and manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with team members to maintain excellent merchandise presentation
• Participate in training and development sessions
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and sales trends
• Assist with stocking, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Upsell products through thoughtful recommendations and styling advice

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or premium products
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in two additional languages is a plus
• Strong understanding of the uniform and textile industry (preferred)
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic retail environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented and a strong team player
• Knowledge of fabrics and tailoring items (preferred)
