Sales Designer

We are looking for a customer-focused and creative Sales Designer to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will combine interior design knowledge with strong sales skills to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable furniture and home furnishings, and provide design-led product solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable furniture and home furnishing products.
• Provide design-led consultations on furniture selection, colour coordination, materials, finishes, and styling.
• Prepare basic layouts and visual presentations using relevant design software to help customers visualise product selections.
• Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and build strong customer relationships to convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure high standards of showroom presentation and customer service.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the furniture industry, preferably in showroom sales.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of furniture, home furnishings, interior styling, and design principles.
• Proficiency in relevant design software.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
