CNC Machine Operation

• Operate CNC machines such as CNC milling, turning, drilling, or other machining equipment, depending on production requirements.
• Set up machines by installing tools, fixtures, workpieces, and other necessary accessories.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely and efficiently.
• Select and execute approved CNC programs according to job specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make permitted adjustments to ensure accurate production.
• Follow the approved machining sequence, operating procedures, and production instructions.

B. Technical Drawing and Programming

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Understand dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes, and material requirements.
• Read CNC programs and identify basic programming errors.
• Make minor program or tool-offset adjustments when authorized and appropriately trained.
• Verify the correct tools, materials, and machine settings before starting production.

C. Quality Control

• Inspect machined components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Ensure all components meet specified dimensional tolerances and quality requirements.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
• Identify, segregate, and report defective or non-conforming products.
• Maintain inspection records and coordinate with the Quality Control team when required.

D. Production and Efficiency

• Achieve daily production targets in line with the approved production plan.
• Minimize machine idle time, material wastage, rework, and rejection.
• Monitor cycle times and report production delays or recurring machine issues.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs without compromising quality or safety.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

E. Machine Maintenance and Safety

• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance as instructed.
• Check machine condition, coolant levels, lubrication, tooling, and other operating parameters.
• Report breakdowns, abnormal vibrations, tool wear, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Follow all applicable HSE procedures and machine safety requirements.
• Use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Never bypass machine guards or safety interlocks.
• Follow approved lockout/tagout procedures when required and authorized.

F. Documentation and Housekeeping

• Maintain production logs, machine utilization records, inspection reports, and rejection records.
• Record material consumption and production output accurately.
• Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.
• Ensure tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments are stored properly.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable quality management requirements.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,300.00 per month
