We will provide complete training:

• 2 Weeks Training on Recruitment Agency Business - What is Blue Collar Recruitment, White Collar Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Manpower Supply, Outsourcing, Contract Staffing, IT Staffing
• Training on Client Sourcing - How to find HR Managers, PROs, Business Owners
• Training on Client Follow-up - How to follow up daily via Call, WhatsApp, Email, Visit
• Training on Lead Generation, Cold Calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Naukrigulf, CRM
• After 3 months training, you will be promoted to Business Development Executive - Recruitment Agency

JOB ROLE - TELE SALES TO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

First 3 Months - Telesales / Lead Generation - Training Period:

• Daily 50-80 Cold Calls to corporate clients - HR Managers, Admin Managers, PROs
• Lead Generation for Recruitment Agency services - Manpower Supply, Staffing, Outsourcing
• Client Sourcing - Find new clients from Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, Google, References
• Fix meetings for Business Development Manager
• Learn how recruitment agency works - Client acquisition, client follow-up

After 3 Months - Business Development Executive - Recruitment Agency:

• Independent client sourcing + client follow-up + client acquisition
• Close deals for manpower supply - Get corporate clients for LINKS Recruitment Division
• Achieve monthly target - Number of clients + Revenue
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and close contracts

WHO CAN APPLY - TELE SALES BACKGROUND FROM ANY INDUSTRY:

We want Telesales who can learn Business Development for Recruitment Agency - No recruitment experience needed:

• 0-3 years experience in: Telesales, Telemarketing, Tele Sales Executive, Lead Generation Executive, Business Development Executive, Cold Calling, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, BPO, Real Estate Telesales, Insurance Telesales, Banking Telesales, Telecom Telesales, IT Telesales, Education Telesales
• Current/Previous Company Examples (Any industry): Call Center, BPO, Real Estate (Telesales), Insurance (Telesales), Banking (Telesales), Telecom (Etisalat, DU telesales), IT Solutions (Lead Generation), Digital Marketing (Lead Generation), Education (Student Recruitment Telesales), Driving Institute, Fitness Center, Travel & Tourism, Trading Company with telesales role
• Must have: Good communication in English + Hindi, Confident on phone, Willing to do cold calling 50-80 calls daily, Laptop knowledge, MS Office, Fast learner, Hungry for sales and commission
