Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Assistant Carpenter to support carpenters in carrying out woodwork, furniture assembly, installation, and repair tasks. The candidate should be willing to learn, follow instructions, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters with cutting, measuring, shaping, and assembling wood materials.
- Help install doors, cabinets, furniture, partitions, and other wooden structures.
- Prepare and handle tools, materials, and equipment.
- Assist with repairs and finishing work as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite.
- Follow safety procedures and instructions from the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Carpenter is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and materials is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
