We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and experienced Female Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our exclusive VIP restaurant.
The ideal candidate should have excellent hospitality skills, a professional appearance, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required.
- Well-groomed with a polished and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in VIP guest service and hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to manage restaurant operations independently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise, train, and manage restaurant staff.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and VIP guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations and coordinate guest arrangements.
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational expenses.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
