Job Description
Provide senior design leadership on assigned interior design projects, taking ownership of design delivery, quality and client relationships. Support the interior design leadership team in managing design teams and ensuring the creative and technical excellence of design solutions.
Responsibilities

Take ownership of interior design delivery on assigned projects, ensuring quality, programme and budget objectives are met

Provide senior design review and approval of drawings, specifications and material selections

Manage client relationships on interior design matters, providing design advice and updates

Lead coordination between interior design and other disciplines throughout the project lifecycle

Manage and mentor interior designers and senior interior designers within the team

Support authority submissions and technical negotiations relating to interior fit-out
-
Contribute to design innovation, sustainability and quality improvement initiatives

Support business development with design leadership input for proposals and bids

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and design procedures
Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage

Minimum 15 years’ experience in interior design, including experience leading design teams

Strong creative, technical and project delivery skills across all project stages

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and visualisation software
-
Experience managing interior design delivery on large or complex projects
-
UAE experience is a must
