HSE Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits across the construction site

• Monitor contractor compliance with the project HSE management plan

• Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, recommending corrective actions

• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and awareness sessions to site teams

• Maintain HSE records, permits and inspection documentation

• Support emergency preparedness and response planning on site

• Prepare HSE reports for project management
  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in an HSE officer role within civil construction

• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification required

• Minimum 4 years’ UAE experience mandatory
