We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman with a strong background in construction and MEP works to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in high-rise building projects, electrical installations, manpower supervision, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead electricians and helpers in daily electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Coordinate and monitor electrical works at construction sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Read and interpret electrical and MEP drawings to ensure accurate installation and execution.
- Plan and allocate daily work activities, manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure all electrical works meet applicable UAE regulations, safety standards, and project quality requirements.
- Inspect completed electrical installations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trade foremen to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work progress and ensure assigned tasks are completed within project deadlines.
- Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, material usage records, and timesheets.
- Enforce site safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks to promote safe working practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues and coordinate with engineers to implement effective solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to electricians and helpers to maintain productivity and work quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Relevant technical qualification or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in high-rise building construction projects is mandatory.
- Previous experience working as an Electrical Foreman in a construction company.
- Strong hands-on experience in electrical and MEP site works.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and MEP drawings.
- Proven ability to supervise electricians, manage manpower, and coordinate with site engineers.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation practices, site safety, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
