Job Description
We are looking for a Russian-speaking Medical Tourism Coordinator to support the development and daily operations of our medical tourism services, including medical treatment, health check-ups, diagnostics, rehabilitation and wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
- Handle client and partner enquiries, quotations, appointments and bookings.
- Assist in developing medical tourism packages and service offers.
- Communicate with travel agencies, corporate clients and business partners.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, documentation and related services.
- Follow up with clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain records and prepare regular operational updates.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English (mandatory).
- Experience in medical tourism, healthcare coordination, hospitality, or travel operations preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
