FertiClinic Group is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Group Procurement Manager to oversee talent acquisition and procurement operations across our healthcare facilities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain operations, and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare procurement practices and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and coordinate with different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group-wide procurement activities.
- Oversee procurement of medical and non-medical supplies, equipment, and consumables.
- Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely procurement, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads on procurement requirements.
- Monitor procurement KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
