FertiClinic Group is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Group Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and drive business growth across our healthcare facilities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Experience in healthcare branding, digital marketing, and patient acquisition.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation.
Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and manage campaigns across multiple branches.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
UAE healthcare market experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement group-wide marketing strategies.
Manage digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.
Drive patient engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
Coordinate marketing activities across FertiClinic branches.
Establish partnerships and identify business growth opportunities.
Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
Ensure marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations.
