Shaerp Next is a fast growing international recruitment agency headquartered in Dubai, supporting clients across the Middle East, Europe and Asia Pacific.

As we continue expanding our international recruitment operations, we are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on SAP and the APAC market to strengthen our Dubai team.

This is a hands-on, delivery focused recruitment position for someone who genuinely enjoys sourcing, headhunting and placing highly skilled IT professionals.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the full candidate recruitment lifecycle, primarily supporting international clients with SAP and IT recruitment requirements across APAC.

We are looking for a true 360° capable desk recruiter with a strong delivery mindset, rather than someone whose primary focus is business development or internal talent acquisition.

You should be comfortable working on niche technical requirements, building talent pipelines and delivering qualified candidates within challenging deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, approach and engage qualified IT and SAP professionals across APAC, particularly India and Southeast Asia.
• Manage recruitment assignments covering SAP functional, technical and architecture roles.
• Recruit across SAP specializations including FI/CO, SD, MM, ABAP, Basis, BTP, S/4HANA, Integration and related technologies.
• Conduct candidate screening, technical qualification and initial interviews.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future client requirements.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals and creative sourcing techniques.
• Manage candidate submissions, interview coordination, feedback and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activities within the ATS/CRM.
• Work closely with account managers and international stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Consistently achieve agreed recruitment KPIs, submission targets and successful placements.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Proven experience working within a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
• Preferably 5+ years of successful IT recruitment experience.
• Demonstrable track record of sourcing and placing IT professionals.
• Strong knowledge of SAP technologies and recruitment terminology.
• Experience recruiting within India and/or broader APAC markets.
• Excellent candidate sourcing, Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple technical vacancies.
• Strong communication, negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Target driven, organized and comfortable working in a performance focused environment.
• Fluent professional English.

Important: We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on agency recruitment experience. Profiles with exclusively internal HR, Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist backgrounds are not what we are looking for.
