Shaerp Next is a growing international recruitment agency operating across multiple industries and geographical markets.

With an expanding client portfolio across the UAE, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Recruitment Consultant specializing in the UAE market to join our team in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

We are looking for someone who understands agency recruitment, enjoys the search for talent and knows how to deliver quality candidates consistently.

The Role

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and placing candidates across various professional disciplines within the UAE market.

Our recruitment assignments cover multiple sectors, including:

• Sales & Business Development
• Marketing & Digital Marketing
• Finance & Accounting
• Human Resources & Administration
• Operations & Supply Chain
• Procurement & Commercial Functions
• Management & Corporate Services

This is primarily a desk recruitment and resourcing position, focused on candidate delivery, headhunting and successful placements.

We are not looking for an HR generalist or someone whose experience is limited to internal recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently source, identify and engage qualified candidates across the UAE.
• Manage multiple recruitment assignments across different industries and seniority levels.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate suitability against client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pools across key professional disciplines.
• Actively headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases and referrals.
• Prepare high quality candidate shortlists and submissions.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the commercial and account management teams to deliver against client expectations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Consistently achieve recruitment KPIs, submission targets and placement objectives.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Proven recruitment agency or staffing company experience.
• Preferably 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Demonstrable track record of successful placements within the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of the UAE candidate market and recruitment landscape.
• Experience recruiting across several professional disciplines.
• Excellent sourcing, headhunting and Boolean search capabilities.
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and regional job platforms.
• Ability to independently manage vacancies from sourcing through placement.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a results oriented mindset.
• Fluent professional English.

Important: This opportunity is specifically intended for experienced agency recruiters with a proven delivery track record. Candidates whose backgrounds are exclusively in corporate HR, internal Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist positions will not be considered.
