Scaffolding Supervisor

A Scaffolding Supervisor oversees the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring 100% compliance with UAE safety regulations (OSHA/HSE). They manage scaffolding teams, inspect materials, coordinate with site engineers, and ensure structural integrity to meet project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Lead, direct, and motivate scaffolding teams, conducting daily toolbox talks and risk assessments (JSA).
• Inspection & Compliance: Perform daily inspections and certify scaffolding structures using tag systems (Green/Red/Yellow).
• Logistics & Technical Planning: Interpret construction drawings to determine scaffolding requirements and manage material inventory.
• Safety Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to safety standards, including working at height regulations, to prevent accidents.
• Collaboration: Liaise with site managers, contractors, and project stakeholders to align with project timelines.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years of scaffolding experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification: CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent scaffolding supervisor certification is typically required.
• Skills: Strong understanding of technical drawings, tube-and-fitting, and system scaffolds.
• Knowledge: Expertise in UAE construction site safety standards.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
