Sales & Marketing Manager -Automotive

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in the automotive industry, particularly in car auctions and used-vehicle trading. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, expanding customer and dealer networks, managing auction-related business activities, and increasing overall revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets and maximize profitability.
• Manage car auction sales, vehicle trading activities, and customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, fleet operators, vehicle suppliers, corporate clients, and individual buyers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base and market presence.
• Oversee vehicle sourcing, pricing, valuation, inventory, and sales negotiations.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and online advertising initiatives.
• Manage and promote online and physical car auctions to increase participation and sales conversion.
• Monitor automotive market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, marketing budgets, performance reports, and business development plans.
• Coordinate with operations, vehicle inspection, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensure professional customer service and compliance with applicable automotive trading and auction regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the automotive industry, preferably in car auctions or used-car trading.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle auctions, automotive sales, vehicle valuation, and market pricing.
• Demonstrated success in business development, sales growth, and customer relationship management.
• Experience managing sales teams, dealer networks, and B2B relationships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and online automotive sales platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• UAE automotive market experience is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of automotive dealers, vehicle suppliers, and auction buyers.
• Experience in vehicle sourcing, fleet disposal, wholesale trading, or vehicle exports.
• Familiarity with online auction platforms and automotive marketplaces.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
