Manages day-to-day on-site activities for roadworks and utility laying. Ensures daily production targets for excavation, pipe laying, backfilling, and asphalt work are achieved safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site crews and plant operators in earthmoving, grading, utility piping, and paving.
- Oversee installation of stormwater, sewerage, water supply, and electrical/telecom networks.
- Conduct line, level, and compaction checks before final approval testing.
- Manage daily safety (toolbox talks, trench safety) and submit daily progress logs.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Supervisor in Roads & Infrastructure projects.
- Building/facilities construction experience is strictly excluded.
- Solid working knowledge of utility trenching, pipe bedding, asphalt laydown, and survey levels.
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
