YAEMCO is looking for motivated and organized FM Coordinators to join our team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails and client communications.
Prepare quotations, reports, and other required documentation.
Assist engineers and managers with administrative and operational tasks.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance works.
Follow up on work orders and ensure timely coordination with the concerned teams.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in email correspondence, MS Office, and documentation.
Ability to organize schedules, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in Facilities Management (FM) is preferred.
