Commercial Disputes Lawyer, 2-4 PQE

I’m currently working with a leading international law firm on a Commercial Disputes Associate hire in its Dubai office.

The team has recently hired and with workload still growing, require another associate.

The role

• High-value international arbitration and litigation across the GCC, typically for governments, government-linked entities and large corporates
• A broad mix of work: DIFC/ADGM litigation and arbitration under DIAC, ICC, LCIA and other rules
• Sectors including technology, banking, fraud and investigations

Requirements

• Common law qualified
• 2-4 years’ PQE in commercial disputes
• International arbitration and commercial litigation experience in home jurisdiction (DIFC/ADGM experience is a bonus)
