We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee building construction projects in Dubai, ensuring smooth project execution, quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall construction activities from project commencement through completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
- Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate with senior management on project milestones.
- Ensure effective manpower planning and coordination across multiple construction activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 8–10 years of experience in building construction, including UAE experience.
- Proven experience managing building construction projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, quality control, and site management.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in main contracting and high-rise or commercial building projects are preferred.
