Civil Site Engineer
PERFECT TECHNICAL WORKS & LANDSCAPING LLCSite Engineer – Civil (Landscaping & Swimming Pools)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and civil construction works.
- Monitor excavation, reinforcement, concrete, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing works.
- Supervise hardscape works, including paving, interlocks, kerbstones, and retaining walls.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and MEP and landscape teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and monitor work progress.
- Prepare site reports and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–6 years of UAE experience in civil construction, landscaping, swimming pools, or water features.
- Knowledge of waterproofing, drainage, concrete works, hardscape, and pool structures.
- Ability to read construction drawings and BOQs.
- AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge preferred.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
