Mechanical Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a short-term assignment to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and repair defective equipment.
- Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery, replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Align rotating equipment and machinery components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Record maintenance activities and spare parts used.
Requirements:
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of pumps, compressors, bearings, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in using mechanical hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments.
- Immediate joiners available for a short-term contract are preferred.
