Key responsibilities:
- Guest messages - Answer enquiries and messages on all channels through Hostaway, quickly and politely.
- Arrivals - Collect guest IDs, complete guest registration and send check-in instructions on time.
- Issues - Pass on-site problems to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Operations Manager and follow up until solved.
- Owner stays - Book owner stays and blocks as requested.
- Reviews and cases - One agent is assigned to reply to guest reviews and to handle Airbnb resolution cases and damage claims.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in reservations, front office or guest relations.
- Excellent written English; Arabic is a plus.
- Comfortable on Hostaway, Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Available for shifts, nights and weekends as rostered.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
