Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor makes sure each of units is clean, stocked and ready before every guest arrives. Cleaning is done by outsourced vendors; the supervisor checks their work.

Key responsibilities:

• Quality checks - Inspect units after each clean and before each check-in, and send back anything below standard.
• Check-ins - Be on hand for check-ins as scheduled and solve guest issues on site.
• Stock - Keep linen, amenities and consumables stocked in each unit and request supplies through the Operations Coordinator.
• Reporting- Log damage and maintenance needs in Breezeway with photos straight away.
• New-unit inspections- Selected, trained supervisors inspect new units with the checklist before go-live, under the Area Manager for that unit.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in housekeeping in hotels, serviced apartments or holiday homes.
• Eye for detail and high standards**.**
• Can use a smartphone app (Breezeway) for checklists and photos.
• Basic English. Flexible on shifts and weekends. UAE driving licence is a plus**.**

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
