Mandatory Consulting Skills

• Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, platform, or operational maturity assessments.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, validate supporting evidence, and translate assessment findings into concise, actionable recommendations.
• Experience translating assessment outcomes into practical, executable improvement roadmaps.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Deep knowledge of AWS and/or Azure enterprise environments.
• Expertise in cloud architecture, landing zones, IAM, governance, security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CI/CD, GitOps, cloud operations, observability, DevSecOps, FinOps, platform engineering, and DORA metrics.
• Ability to assess enterprise cloud platforms, evaluate technical evidence, and credibly challenge technical assumptions and existing practices.
