HSE Officer
PERFECT TECHNICAL WORKS & LANDSCAPING LLCHSE Officer / HSE Engineer
Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced HSE professional to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across landscaping, swimming pool, and construction project sites in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Ensure employees and subcontractors comply with company HSE procedures and applicable UAE safety regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training for employees and site teams.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the safe use of tools, machinery, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure proper waste management, environmental protection, and housekeeping at project sites.
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures and coordinate emergency drills.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident logs, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
- Follow up on safety observations and ensure corrective actions are completed on time.
- Monitor compliance with occupational health and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and workers to promote a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in landscaping, swimming pool, or construction projects in the UAE.
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
