Position Title Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our Fujairah branch.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, promoting our electrical cable products, and driving sales growth across the East Coast region.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, expand customer networks, and drive sales growth across the East Coast region.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, utilities, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.

Market Coverage & Sales Promotion:

Conduct regular visits to customers, project sites, and electrical retailers to promote products, increase brand awareness, and generate enquiries.

Project Identification & Lead Generation:

Track upcoming projects, gather market intelligence, and identify new sales opportunities through networking and market research.

Sales Support & Order Management:

Manage customer enquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery.

Consultant & Utility Coordination:

Support product approvals, vendor registrations, utility approvals, and renewal of registrations with relevant authorities.

Market Research & Competition Analysis:

Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support effective sales and marketing strategies.

Reporting & Database Management:

Prepare customer visit reports, maintain accurate customer records, and provide regular updates on sales activities and market developments.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. (Electrical/Mechanical)

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the cable or related industry.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
