Job Description:
We are looking for a Procurement Officer with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the procurement role to join our team. He will be responsible for managing the procurement process for engineering materials, equipment, and services.
This role involves collaborating with engineering teams, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that purchases align with project budgets and timelines.
Candidate Desired Profile: -
Handling routine purchase function of engineering items including spares & others items.
Request for quotation from various suppliers and vendors.
Review Suppliers & Vendors Quotation to determine best cost-effective offer.
Prepare, process, and track orders while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, contracts, and supplier communications.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make strategic purchasing decisions.
Work closely with teams to understand project requirements and provide support throughout the procurement process.
Qualification: B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 3- 4 years’ Experience
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
