Quality Control and Process Manager

Job Responsibility:

Strategic Quality Leadership: Develop and implement the overall quality assurance strategy to ensure Rockwool products meet global construction and insulation standards.

Process Monitoring: Oversee the Process Engineer to ensure the furnace and "hot end" chemistry are optimized for fuel efficiency and fiber quality.

Laboratory Management: Supervise the laboratory team in conducting physical and chemical tests, including density checks, thermal conductivity, and fire resistance.

Oracle EBS Utilization: Analyze quality data trends using Oracle E-Business Suite and generate technical reports for the Plant Manager.

Standardization: Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every stage of production to ensure consistency across different shifts.

Root Cause Analysis: Lead the investigation into any product failures or process deviations and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Supplier Quality: Set the technical specifications for raw materials (Basalt, Coke, etc.) and approve or reject incoming shipments based on lab results.

Audit Management: Act as the primary technical lead during inspections from third-party certification bodies and government authorities.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quality and Process management manufacturing industry.: 10 years (Required)

Pay: AED11,500.00 - AED13,500.00 per month
