Job Summary
Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with a background in landscaping and swimming pool projects. The candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure that civil, landscaping, and swimming pool works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil works for landscaping and swimming pool projects.
- Oversee swimming pool excavation, concrete works, reinforcement, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing.
- Supervise landscaping civil works, including paving, kerbstone installation, interlock, edging, and other hardscape works.
- Ensure all site activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure work progresses as per the project schedule.
- Check materials, workmanship, levels, alignment, and dimensions to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with MEP and irrigation teams for the proper integration of swimming pool systems and landscaping services.
- Monitor material requirements, equipment usage, and site deliveries.
- Prepare daily progress reports and report site issues, delays, and material requirements to management.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Identify technical issues on-site and coordinate with the concerned engineers for corrective action.
- Ensure work is completed within the agreed timelines and according to approved specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in landscaping and swimming pool construction.
- UAE experience in landscaping and swimming pool projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, concrete works, waterproofing, tiling, paving, kerbstones, and other hardscape activities.
- Familiarity with swimming pool construction methods, finishing works, and coordination with pool MEP teams.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in supervising site workers, subcontractors, and daily project activities.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
