IELTS/PTE/OET/TOEFL Test Preparation Trainer

Key Responsibilites & Requirements

• Conduct engaging training sessions for Spoken English, IELTS, OET, and PTE.
• Assess students’ language proficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare students for examination formats, practice tests, and speaking assessments.
• Develop lesson plans and provide constructive feedback on students’ progress.
• Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.
• Use various skills of teaching to engage students interests to achieve this expected results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students of all age groups and social backgrounds.
• Self-motivated, determined and result-driven trainer who can deliver high quality training in the right method and level. The critical purpose of the role is to coach students to pass their exams with their desired scores.
• Possess excellent communications skills (speaking/writing) in English.
• Be passionate about his/her work and open minded to adopt any new ideas & trend
• Training Assigned Courses
• Able to take up any common soft skills training.
• Contributing in preparing the detailed syllabus and the course material for the courses taught.
• Screening the materials used for the courses taught – ensuring the appropriate course structure, standard and level is observed.
• Aiding in planning and supervising activities required for effective training.
• Conducting pre-enrolment evaluation and mock-tests.
• Teaching all English exams preparations including Spoken English to the students.
• Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises followed by Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
• Ensuring that the classroom stays orderly.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS for Applying:

• TESOL or TEFL certification acquired in teaching English
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Great interpersonal skills
• Great grammar knowledge and should be able to teach English as a language to non-English-Speakers
• Should be a Computer literate
• Be a Native speaker of English or a Non-native speaker with an IELTS band score of 8 in the Speaking and Writing components.
• Result orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language(Preferable)
• The ability to execute lessons with meaning, in a fun, and engaging manner. to retain the interest of the learners.
• A punctual and responsible individual who is able to meet deadlines.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• Part-time engagement (Evening Classes from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
• Percentage-based remuneration / revenue-sharing arrangement.
• Flexible training schedule, subject to mutual agreement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10.00 - AED100.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
