Housekeeping for clinic

We are looking for a responsible and patient-friendly Clinic Assistant to support our daily clinic operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, clinics, offices, and waiting areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors according to cleaning schedules.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of general, infectious, and biomedical waste according to clinical policies.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, tissues, and cleaning materials.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, furniture, and medical equipment surfaces as instructed.
• Change bed linens and assist with maintaining clean patient rooms where required.
• Follow infection prevention and control (IPC) procedures, including the use of appropriate disinfectants.
• Wear and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and gowns.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Respond promptly to spills, especially blood or body fluid spills, using approved cleaning procedures.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is stored safely after use.
• Follow hospital safety regulations, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and treat patients, visitors, and staff with respect and professionalism.
• Complete assigned tasks according to daily cleaning schedules and instructions.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.

• Time management and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
