We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store In-Charge / Store Lead to oversee Central Store and project site-store operations, ensuring effective inventory control, material availability, proper storage, and accurate stock reconciliation. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of MEP materials, tools, and equipment, with proven experience in inventory management within the MEP contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise Central Store and project site-store operations.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system stock.
· Verify all material and tool receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and stock adjustments
through approved documentation.
· Review Purchase Requests against available stock to prevent unnecessary procurement.
· Coordinate inter-store stock transfers and redistribution before initiating new
purchases.
· Maintain proper records of MEP materials, tools, equipment, and project-demobilized
assets.
· Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock
reconciliation.
· Monitor minimum stock levels, consumption, shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving
items.
· Inspect returned tools and equipment and coordinate repairs, warranty replacements,
and servicing.
· Ensure proper storage, preservation, identification, and traceability of materials.
· Supervise store personnel and maintain compliance with company IMS, QHSE, and
operational procedures.

Requirements:

· 4–5 years of relevant experience in store and inventory management.
· Mandatory hands-on knowledge of MEP materials, including electrical, mechanical,
plumbing, HVAC, and related tools and equipment.
· Experience in MEP contracting, preferably managing both Central Store and project site
stores.
· Proficiency in inventory-management software and MS Excel.
· Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, material documentation, and inventory
control procedures.
· Good coordination, organizational, supervisory, and reporting skills.
