Chief Risk Officer / Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Risk Officer / Chief Financial Officer (CRO / CFO) to oversee enterprise risk management, financial planning, financial reporting, and overall financial performance. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, strengthen financial governance, identify and mitigate business risks, and support executive decision-making to ensure the organization's financial stability, operational resilience, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, business plans, budgets, and long-term financial forecasts.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, cash flow management, treasury, taxation, and financial controls.
• Lead enterprise risk management initiatives, identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating financial and operational risks.
• Establish risk management frameworks, internal controls, and governance procedures to protect organizational assets.
• Monitor financial performance, key risk indicators, business exposures, and financial market developments.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation, financing strategies, and major business decisions.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial statements and management reports.
• Advise the CEO, board of directors, and senior management on financial strategy, risk exposure, and business performance.
• Oversee compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead and develop finance, accounting, risk management, and related teams.
• Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, investors, business partners, and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, risk controls, cost efficiency, and organizational performance.
  Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred, depending on the role's scope.
• Extensive senior-level experience in corporate finance, financial management, enterprise risk management, or a related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, capital management, internal controls, and risk assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop financial strategies, manage complex business risks, and support executive-level decisions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, financial controls, regulatory compliance, and business continuity planning.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and drive organizational performance.
• High standards of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and commercial judgment.
