Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the technical activities of our Acoustic Division. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of architectural acoustics, sound insulation, noise control, and acoustic treatment solutions, with the ability to provide technical guidance and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on acoustic products, materials, systems, and solutions.
• Review project specifications, architectural drawings, acoustic reports, and technical submittals.
• Prepare technical proposals, method statements, compliance statements, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal sales and project teams.
• Support sales and project teams with technical expertise, product selection, and acoustic solution recommendations.
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to acoustic performance, sound insulation, and noise control.
• Ensure proposed acoustic solutions meet project requirements and applicable technical standards.
• Assist with product selection, technical presentations, and client meetings.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from design and specification to installation and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Acoustics, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in architectural acoustics, acoustic solutions, sound insulation, noise control, or acoustic treatment systems.
• Strong understanding of acoustic materials, soundproofing systems, acoustic panels, ceiling systems, and noise-reduction solutions.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, acoustic reports, and project submittals.
• Proven ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the UAE construction, fit-out, or building materials industry is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
